Vasileios Vlaseros discusses the challenge our company is undertaking: transforming an old office building located at 44 Piraeus Street into a modern residential complex of 210 apartments. This project, named Urban City 44, is owned by Astrea Properties, with whom we signed an agreement just a few weeks ago.
From the MΙΝΙΟΝ revival, Moxy Athens City, and the restoration of the Bagkeion/Venetis buildings, to our latest venture, Urban City 44, our core objective remains the same: to create buildings that combine design excellence, innovation, and a contemporary urban lifestyle.
