PROJECT DETAILS
VITAEL SA has successfully completed the renovation of the new offices of Nokia Solutions and Networks Hellas S.A.
The project was executed and delivered within a tight and non-negotiable timeline, while the offices remained fully operational throughout. The renovation fully addressed the company’s needs for a modern, functional workspace that is both environmentally friendly and user-centric.
The architectural works included extensive demolitions, new interior architectural layouts, the construction of partitions (both glass and drywall), installation of acoustic panels and special sound-absorbing ceilings, as well as the use of high-quality, aesthetically pleasing antibacterial flooring. Additionally, new luxurious restrooms were created, along with coffee points, a canteen-restaurant, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and a complete upgrade of the multifunctional central lobby.
The electromechanical works involved the installation of cutting-edge lighting systems, new low and high voltage networks and panels, as well as the renewal of the HVAC and BMS systems.
New fire-resistant doors were installed, equipped with advanced access control systems.
Fire detection systems, access control systems, and fully integrated CCTV and Data/Voice networks were also installed, ensuring full technological support throughout all office areas.
